Welcome to the 2008 Pacific Coast Senior Tennis Championships at the Berkeley Tennis Club.
Hi, my name is Brent Abel of http://www.webtennis.net/ , and I'll be hosting this blog that will include daily updates during the tournament.
We have many features planned at this time, one of them being daily pre match and post match video interviews with notable players.
Specific match players will be asked what their strategies for playing their opponent will be and other questions that will hopefully be of interest to players wishing to improve on their own tournament and league play.
Post match interviews will follow up to see how successful their strategies were and what if any changes they made during the course of the match.
Other daily blog features will include instructional tips from me and Berkeley Tennis Club Tennis Director Lynne Rolley based on questions we receive from you and other blog visitors.
Please feel free to submit any questions directly to me at brent@webtennis.net and Lynne and I will do our best to answer them each day. We are planning on producing a new video tip based on your questions.
Please let me know if there are any other daily features you are interested in seeing here at the tournament blog.
Thanks for your interest,
Brent - http://www.webtennis.net/
